It is rare to go to a resort town in the off-season and walk into such a lively and entertaining environment but we were thankful we did. We had intended to be there for only a short while but we were so entertained by the atmosphere and so impressed by the service we ended up staying for a couple of hours. We were very pleased with our food and extremely pleased with the value. We were greeted promptly by our server and we decided on some bar food and some domestic draft beers. My wife and l love that type of atmosphere. If however, you are looking for a friendly atmosphere with a lot of laughing and good fun this place is for you. If your looking for spaciousness and quiet this is probably not the place for you. It is not a very big place so it was pretty tight quarters. Now to the important part the food and drink. Also there was some entertaining live music in between games as well. Although we didn't participate in the Bingo it was quite entertaining watching a lot of the regulars get into it. It turns out if was the weekly Bingo special we walked in on. The place was packed and it was mid-afternoon. When we walked in the door we got our answer. It was a very cold President's Day Sunday so we weren't sure how many people would be brave enough to venture out. So we took the short drive to Fenwick to High Stakes Bar and Grill based upon some favorable reviews we read on Trip Advisor.

Like most people, we had our normal favorite places to go but we wanted to try some place different during the off-season. My wife and I have been coming to Ocean City Maryland for the past 23 years and we have been staying at the North End of the island for about the past 15 years.
